I contacted them while at East Lansing to get a recall fixed for my daughter's car who is in college there. There were accommodating with my tight schedule, their customer service was outstanding and the cherry on top: they washed the jeep. Definitely I would recommend this dealership's service based on my great experience and also what I saw transpired while at the waiting area (which by the way, was very clean and comfortable). I recently experienced a failure of the oil cooler, and it required urgent attention. CC's service representative, Phillip, somehow manage to fit me into that day's schedule. The diagnosis was completed that afternoon and though a part had to be delivered from Chicago, the repair was completed the next day. Phillip kept me informed of the situation with frequent updates. I was completely satisfied with the level of service from this dealership and in particular the service rep I worked with.

I went to this dealership to have recalls serviced and oil changed in addition to detailing my 2014 Jeep. My car was cleaned and waxed however seats had a few spots which I had to point out. I asked to have brakes looked at and advised everything was ok but still am experiencing some vibration in the front brakes. Overall my car looked amazing, the service, friendliness and the attitude to meet my expectations is what will bring me back !

I have been going to Champion since 2008 with 3 different vehicles for service. Bryan has always been on top of what the car has needed and recommended service. He has also helped out with emergencies of non scheduled appointments, because things happen with out warning. Tina has also been on the ball over the years as has other service professionals. When issues arrived on one of the cars, Jeff the service manager was helpful and we came to a mutual agreement.
